Job Description

Mosquito Mary’s Franchising is looking for an energetic Franchise Sales Rep with personal result-driven sales goals to actively seek out and engage prospects. You will be provided complete training and appropriate solutions for selling Franchises supported by our specialized lead generation and lead follow-up capabilities.

Day to day, you’ll spend the majority of your time on the phone with potential franchise buyers / investors, coaching them through our smooth sailing franchise process. You may also travel for face-to-face meetings with franchise prospects if necessary.

*The Ideal Candidate will have*

– Experience selling franchise deals (units, multi-units, masters, and/or area developer agreements) in their career.

– An ability to describe, in detail, their process for taking leads and moving them toward franchise ownership.

– Comfort working with CRMs and strong record-keeping and organizational skills.

  • Educate, present, promote and sell Franchises using solid arguments to prospective Franchisees.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to leads through hot, warm, and cold calling.
  • Achieve minimum sales targets and outcomes within a specified time-frame.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze territory/market potential.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Attend events to promote services/company.


  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing.
